When WordPress or a plugin releases an update, they publish what they fixed. That’s useful for you, and for hackers. If you don’t update, you’re running software with a known vulnerability.
Our team checks every site, every day, and applies updates before they become a problem.
Login Protection
Hackers and bots constantly try to guess their way into websites using common usernames and passwords. We set up randomized credentials that bots can’t guess. And if someone tries a username that doesn’t exist on your site, their IP gets blocked automatically and we’re notified.
Daily Backups
Every site is backed up daily and stored for seven days. If something breaks (a bad update, a deleted page, anything), we can restore your site to exactly where it was.

What happens if my site goes down?
If we find your site down, we get on it and reach out personally to let you know what we found and what we’re doing about it. If 24-hour checks aren’t enough for your business, we can install UptimeRobot on your site for real-time monitoring.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All plans are month-to-month. No contracts and no cancellation fees. If you ever decide hosting with us isn’t a fit, let us know and we’ll give you your site files right away.
What if I want to move my site somewhere else later?
You can. WordPress is open-source, and your site belongs to you. If you leave, we provide your site files and database to you.
What's the difference between hosting and the support plan?
Hosting is the background work: daily updates, backups, security monitoring, uptime checks. Support is the foreground work: changes, fixes, questions, the things that need a human to look at. The Growth and Prime hosting plans bundle support hours with hosting.
Do you provide email hosting?
No. We host your website, not your email. We recommend Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 (also known as Outlook) for email because they’re more reliable, more secure, and built for the job. Most clients use one of those. We can help you point your email records the right direction at launch if you need it.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can move between Startup, Growth, and Prime any time. Most clients move up as their site (or their busy season) demands more support or server resources. Just reach out and we’ll switch your plan on the next billing cycle.
