Silver Plan Update

John and I would like to personally thank each of you for choosing Artillery to keep your website hosted, maintained, and supported. It’s our pleasure to make sure each website that’s proudly labeled “Site by Artillery” is of the highest quality and standards. And we are thrilled to continue to serve you for years to come!

As you’re more than likely aware, global shipping and supply chain challenges are driving up the price of almost everything on the planet. This includes gas, food, and other materials; but also includes “virtual” supplies as well.

While the costs of computers, computer servers & services, wages, and other expenses have increased for Artillery, we believe if we increase prices, we should provide additional value.

Here are 3 reasons Artillery will be raising our Silver Plans from $49/mo to $59/mo starting May 1, 2022.

1. Growth. Since 2017, Artillery has added 296 websites to our Hosting, Maintenance, Security, and Support plans. We added Haley & Kyle full-time to the team within that time frame.In 2022, we tried something new – hire a full-time support manager: Clara. Clara’s entire role will be to make sure our hosting clients are well taken care of.So, while this is our first-ever price increase at Artillery, it’s also the first time you have a dedicated go-to person to help you answer any question you need regarding your site!We will also be increasing the FREE minimum support service request time you get with your plan up from 15 minutes per month to 20 minutes per month.
2. Value. Also since 2017, each of your sites has experienced significant server upgrades. We moved each and every one of your sites from a basic cPanel back-end experience over to a fully managed SiteGround SiteTools dashboard. Each with its own Collaboration feature, Site Speed (SG Optimizer + SuperCacher), Security Tools, and much, much more.
3. Expenses. More details on our costs and expenses increasing are loosely listed above. But more details can be provided upon request.
