Bryant Heating & Air
Protect
The Challenge
Kevin Hanley is the marketing director for Bryant Heating & Air — one of Nebraska’s most revered companies. The challenge was security. Their site at the time looked dated and access was lost for over a week due to a hack. Since Bryant is a home services business, who knows how many customers’ trust was lost and revenue suffered.
“We considered repairing the current site, but since security was key — we quickly realized we needed to rebuild.”
Our Strategy
We realized how often we were under a tremendous amount of attack. Even if not successful, we realized how often our site was vulnerable.
Artillery met with Kevin and his team first to brainstorm and just discuss options. After quickly understanding that repairing the current site was out of the question, building trust was key in showing such a respected company that they were in the right hands. A custom rebuild was necessary to purge the old site from all vulnerability and restore clout to Bryant’s digital space.
Results
“Other groups may have been able to achieve what we thought we needed, but this was more than just a job. You could see the passion [with Artillery].”
We could not be more proud to report that after 2 years, Bryant has enjoyed 0 hacks and 0 worries when it comes to their web presence. In Kevin’s own words, “we love being on the maintenance plan… we don’t have to worry about security any longer”. Not only that, but information has been increasingly easier to access due to the web-based employee application forms, survey forms, and contact forms that are immediately sent to the admin and securely stored. Tracking information has never been easier and the cost was a considerable savings to what Bryant considered spending with an agency.
With promptness to emails, phone calls, and any other questions that came down the pipe, a thoughtful reply and constant follow-up has led to a thriving professional and personal relationship with the great people at Bryant.
“Artillery has done a great job of being honest. What really stood out was the passion. Why wouldn’t I recommend Artillery? We’ve been more than happy with every step.”
